Virgin Mobile iPhone Unlocking Service


Do you have an iPhone that you would like to unlock?

We can unlock your Virgin Mobile iPhone permanently through code.

Please note ONLY the iPhone 4s from Virgin Mobile has a sim card slot, which is the ONLY model that can be unlocked.

You MUST supply us the following information to have your Virgin Mobile iPhone unlocked:

Your phone number with Virgin Mobile and your 6 digit pin code which is linked to your Virgin Mobile iPhone account AND the IMEI of your iPhone which you can find by going to Settings --> About.



--STEP 1--
You would purchase the service through our online site here.

--STEP 2:--
Once you have placed your order on our site, you will need to reply to the initial email that we have sent you with your IMEI and confirm the carrier and model of your Virgin Mobile iPhone.  You can find the IMEI of your iPhone by going to SETTINGS-->ABOUT.  Along with your IMEI you will need to provide us the phone number and the six digit pin code for your account with Virgin Mobile that is attached to the iPhone.

--STEP 3--
Once you have emailed your IMEI we will submit your phone for unlocking and it will be unlocked within 1-4 business days and in most cases as soon as just one business day.

--STEP 4--
After it is unlocked we will send you an email and once you receive the email just connect to iTunes and click on restore and update on your iPhone and you will be all set.


Q: Which models of iPhone can you unlock?

A: We can unlock the iPhone 4s from Virgin Mobile.  The iPhone 4 does not have any sim card slot so that can not be unlocked.

Q: Does the baseband or OS version matter?

A: No, that is only for software unlocking which is temporary unlocking, this is for permanent unlocking service which allows you to update your software and OS including baseband at any time and preserve the unlocking.

Q: After unlocking can I use any sim card?

A: Yes, after you have unlocked your iPhone via code, you can use any sim card worldwide including T-Mobile, AT&T, Simple Mobile, Orange etc.. 

Q: After unlocking my phone can I use it with Verizon, Sprint or Boost Mobile?

A: No, Verizon, Sprint and Boost Mobile are CDMA carriers, they do not use Sim cards.

Q: What if you are unable to get the unlock code for my iPhone or are unable to unlock it?

A: If for some reason we are unable to get the unlock code for your iPhone or unable to factory unlock your iPhone, we will know within one business day after you submit your unlocking and will promptly let you know and will refund 100% of the money back to your credit card.  We also accept PayPal as a method of payment so no matter what you are always protected.
